	Have you been on extended maternity leave for at least 2 years?
	Are you wondering what to put on your CV?
	Did you know that an employer will look at your CV for an average of 15 seconds?

Convincing employers you are more than 'just a mother or father' is easy once you break down and name and articulate what it is you actually do as a parent. Our role as parents offers huge potential to develop skills, knowledge and attributes which are in high demand and short supply in the workplace.  Identifying these in isolation can be a tedious and demoralising task but as our last workshop showed, putting our heads together brings out more than enough quality skills to create a convincing CV, whatever job you are looking for.

As one participant observed 'I've always seen my job as a supporting role and now I realise it's so much more than that'
